The type of extension we recommend varies from person to person, depending on what we learn about you at your consultation. However, there are a few things you should know:
· K-Tip: K-tip uses individual strands, so you can wear your hair any way you please. It looks incredibly natural and is low maintenance – you only need to replace the hair once every 3 to 4 months. That being said, it is not reusable. After one use, the hair needs to be taken out and discarded.
· I-Tip: With I-tip, we recommend moving the hair up once every 3 to 6 weeks. The hair can be reused for up to one year.
· Weft & Tape: Similar to I-tip, we recommend moving the hair up once every 3 to 6 weeks. The hair can be reused for up to one year.
No, you don’t! When you come into the salon for your extension consultation, we’ll perform a color-match, then purchase the hair for you. We use Bellami, Aqua, and JZ Styles.
No – extensions won’t damage your hair when installed and maintained properly. You can absolutely wear extensions to have long, luscious locks while you’re growing out your natural hair.
